RETURNS & REFUNDS

We showcase some of the most unique pieces to elevate your home, however you have the option to change your mind if you’re not completely satisfied. You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return the goods back to us.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you've changed your mind and wish to return an item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse, and so please use an appropriate service that insures you if the item becomes damaged or lost as we can't refund you in these circumstances. 

Returned items must be received into our warehouse within 28 days of delivery, and in resalable condition. All returns must be in unused, perfect condition and in original manufacturer packaging, items must not have been partly or fully assembled.

DAMAGED OR FAULY ITEM?

Although we do our very best to ensure all items are quality checked before they are dispatched, occasionally a product may be found to have a fault, or damage from transit. For reference, these faults or damage are where the product is deemed not fit for its intended purpose or has a manufacturing defect.

It’s essential that you check your order thoroughly for any damage, faults or missing parts as soon as it arrives. If you find something wrong, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email, with a detailed description of the fault and provide multiple supporting images that clearly show the issue. 

Please keep the item safe and in its original packaging while we work with the manufacturer and/or yourself to arrange a solution. It may be possible to send a furniture repair specialist to assess and repair your item. Otherwise we will arrange for a collection of the faulty product and a partial refund, or a replacement if there is available stock.

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

1. The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
2. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our Website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by any late delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated timescales. We aim to keep you updated if there are any delays. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible. Should you wish to cancel your order, you will be refunded once the goods have been returned to our distribution centre(s) in line with our Returns Policy or classified as lost by the Carrier company.
3. We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we will refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.
4. Once an order has been dispatched and assigned for delivery, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
